01 Definitions & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply between 7p774 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user ("you", "member"). These Terms apply to all services, games, promotions, and transactions on 7p774.

The meanings of some key terms used in these Terms are given below:

• "Platform" refers to 7p774's website, app, and all related services.
• "Account" refers to each user's registered personal account.

02 Account Registration

2.3 Password Security

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. You must notify 7p774 immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. 7p774 is not responsible for any loss resulting from sharing your password.

03 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use the 7p774 platform, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must be an individual — not a corporate entity or bot.
• No account in your name has been previously closed.
• You have not submitted a self-exclusion request.

Registration by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. If age verification reveals that a minor is operating an account, that account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be cancelled.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following mobile banking methods can be used to deposit funds into 7p774:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile wallet.
• Nagad — The postal department's digital financial service.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service.
• Upay — A fast and secure mobile payment service.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred taka) — the same for every method.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). After a withdrawal request is submitted, processing is generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for deposit.

4.3 Verification

For large withdrawal amounts, 7p774 may verify your identity. This process may involve requesting a copy of your national ID card or passport. Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is complete.

4.4 Fraud Prevention

7p774 may automatically block suspicious transactions. If evidence of fraudulent activity is found, the account will be closed immediately and legal action may be taken.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus on the first deposit is available at 7p774, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus applies. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. For example: receiving a ৳1,200 bonus means a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer is subject to its own separate terms.
• It may not be possible to have more than one active bonus at the same time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• 7p774 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses are for genuine account holders only — multiple family members at the same address cannot each claim a separate bonus.

06 Game Rules

All games offered on the 7p774 platform are provided through third-party game providers. The individual rules for each game are set out in detail within that game's interface.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is impartial and verifiable. 7p774 is committed to ensuring fair play.

6.2 Game Errors

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, 7p774 will attempt to resolve the matter as fairly as possible. Winnings awarded as a result of a software error are not recognized and may be cancelled.

6.3 Sports Betting

Decisions relating to betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports are considered final. In the event of any dispute over a result, the ruling of the relevant game provider will apply.

07 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and legal action:

• Abusing bonuses or attempting to exploit the system.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using another person's identity.
• Interfering with, hacking, or attempting unauthorized access to the platform's software.
• Using automated software ("bots") to play games.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Harassing, intimidating, or insulting other members.
• Providing false information or counterfeit documents.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Our Authority

7p774 reserves the right to suspend or close an account for any reason at any time without prior notice. Immediate action will be taken in particular where these Terms are violated.

8.2 Closure at Member's Request

You may at any time request to close your account or temporarily deactivate it. This request must be sent to our support team. Please withdraw all valid balances before closing your account.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, 7p774 may take action after notifying the relevant member.

09 Limitation of Liability

7p774 is not responsible for:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical failure.
• Issues arising from errors by third-party game providers.
• Unauthorized access resulting from sharing account credentials.
• Delayed transactions due to server issues with your payment provider.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind.

10 Privacy
